Every blockchain signs with ECDSA. Every ECDSA key is one shor's-algorithm away from being recovered. So every chain — every wallet, every bridge, every contract — is on a clock, and the clock ends when a quantum computer is big enough.

Nobody knows the exact date. What's certain is the direction: qubit counts are climbing, error correction is real, and the algorithms that break ECDSA are already written and tested on small numbers.
